My absolute favorite story! Please, please, please post a sequel! Please!

My second read of this story. I like it even more the second time around. You have an incredible imagination. You give every character so much depth. I just wanted to let you know one more time how much I enjoy this story and your writing in general. You have literally given me hours of enjoyment that are very much appreciated.

ich bin nun schon bis 1981 vorgedrungen. Diese Geschichte fasziniert mich. Diese Idee ist hervorragend. Amandas festhalten an einer furchtbaren Ehe. Die zwar durch ihre Lüge wegen Phillip erst so furchtbar wurde, aber auch das war verständlich. Aber ihr Sturkopf steht ihr das ganze Leben lang im Weg und verursacht nicht nur ihr Schmerzen... Lees Verzweiflung darüber, sein innerer Kampf wegen Phillip. Sein verständliches zurück ziehen von Amanda, da ihm das alle zu weh tut. Sein abtauchen in belanglose Kurzzeitbeziehungen außer mit zwei Frauen, die Amanda aber ähnlich sehen. Du hast das alles sehr gut getroffen.
1981 ist Kapitel 29. Ich freue mich auf die noch verbleibenden 49 Kapitel. :-)

This is a magnificent tale, seamlessly blending AU and Canon. Your ability to pick up on the subtle nuances we saw onscreen and ask the question, "what if?" has turned this into a very plausible way our favorite couple could have met years before they did on the show.
it serves to further the explanations of why some things happened the way they did (i.e. why Billy hired Amanda based on seemingly little knowledge of her) and the reactions of others (i.e. why Francine seemed so cold towards Amanda).
Overall, this was simply incredible and I could not recommend it more highly. Thank you for giving us such a treat, my friend!

I finally finished this monster. Kudos for having the gumption to tackle it. Like i said yeaterday, Ienjoyed the twist and could easily see how they could have had a past, but as Ive said before I skimmed the parts of Amanda and Joe and Lee and Dorothy. Your Lee and Amanda were equal parts same and different as to how I inyerpret them, however your characterization fits your story throughout. Your Smythe is quite different thanwhat we see, however I liked your take on how the Agency hamdled their marriage much better than some Ive read. Same for the boys and especially liked that Dotty and Bob were in kahoots. Nice job.

So Ive read, mostly, up to here and I want to box A for staying w/ Joe. And while i like the way that A and L are drawn to each other and how he's always been in love with her, I find that characterization of him very immature and wonder if A would have run over him had they gotten together too soon. I like cockey L as long as he's not rude to A. On to 1975

I read *most* of the first chapter and I liked your take on Lee and Amanda meeting in college. Your having Lee propose brought up an interesting thought as to what type of people would they have been if she would have said yes.

Started the second chapter and have admit I skipped Lee w/ the other woman and Amamda and Joe ick. I do like that Lee kept in touch AND it's fitting that A is the reason he became a playboy.

This was an inspired story and a very good read. The chapters before the aired episodes began and the last chapters that took us beyond the last episode, explored a unique, spellbinding, alternate journey for Lee and Amanda, which you weaved through the aired episodes. Thank you for the years of research and for bringing this, your magnum opus, to completion.
