Honestly I think the story is to focused on davin ,This story is really good and I really like everyone in the story

I've actually only completely read until V 1-9, where he gets the Lightsaber and the Armor that can Block Lightsabers.

I liked the way it's written, TPS's style is great and I love his/her Gamer Girl story and Live Die Repeat.

But once the ultra mega weapon and armor were introduced, after the fights where he can take Yang and Ren and Jaune can somehow fight Pyrrha, I decided to just skim ahead. I read a few paragraphs here and there, but mostly just skimmed and gleaned what I could spending about 45 seconds on a chapter. I stopped here because I don't want to continue.

I recommend the story for everyone to try, but go into it with high expectations for the writing itself but not necessarily the story. It's not bad, but it's definitely a Gary Stu OC story that might be SI, and even though it pretends to focus on Jaune just as much, it doesn't.

TPS is good enough that if you like RWBY fanfiction, he's comparable to the best, so definitely read his stuff and definitely read this. I can tell from other reviews and its' follow/favorite count that others definitely like the story, this review is only here to warn those who aren't interested in the same things I'm not interested in.

Assuming other people are like myself and actually read the reviews. Some people seem to think they're just for the author, but remember that they're for the new readers too!

Was that a maze runner reference with the book about the running, puzzle, and mine wiped?

Hey, from your preface, it sounds like you fan fiction is complete, if so might I sugest you mark the the story as complete?

Just mentioning, because I personally like to look for completed works to read, so as to avoid the ever present abandoned fics.

Ok. I'm sorry, but I have to say this: How stupid are teams RWBY and JNPR in this? As far as they know he's just a random civilian with memory loss yet Yang, a Huntress-In-Training, challenged him to a spar. That in itself isn't so bad, but the fact that shes using Ember Cilica is what is causing me to say this. HE DOESN'T HAVE HIS AURA UNLOCKED. Not only that but even if she isn't using the shotgun part of it, they're still metal gauntlets against an unarmed, unarmored, civilian with (as far as they know) absolutely no training. She's just as likely to kill him due to her aura enhanced strength.

How the hell did you manage to update this story without me noticing until just today...? Being one of my all time favorite stories, I can't believe I either didn't notice or ignored an update...

Well I have read a lot of fanfics and stories and you have had a great dynamic of growth love loss sadness regret and friendship bonds. From this story alone I think you could be a professional writer. Not too many people can properly put down in words emotions and empathize with the characters but I can say I did. I love this doc I can't wait for more.
