This is fun, It's always interesting to see how Atlantis crew react to the unexpected. Children are by their very nature unpredictable so they are a great addition to any story. I hope you continue this AU.

I like the way you are showing Sheppard's paternal side. Cailean is an especially interesting and mysterious little girl with the Ancient gene, a secret healing power, and whatever else you have planned for her. I look forward to seeing where you go with it.

Calean seems to gravitate to those with the gene, which makes sense in a way. Sheppard would make a great dad!
