Aaannd this is where I'll stop. Thanks it was a nice read up until here. I can take killing Suzaku off, hell I even can take Nunnally being killed... but when it turns into a harem fic, all the realism and good stuff goes right out the window. Which is such a shame because this was a good Lelouch/Cornelia and built up meaning, but if you're just gonna add more women into the fray, I'm out.

Harems ruin good fanfiction. I mean, is monogamy really that hard nowadays? Lulu already has a hard time dealing with women in the real series, he can't just settle down with one faithful one? Plus, Cornelia isn't likely one to share anyways. So uh, good luck. Hope it goes well.

Umm, i really don;t see Lulu caring about Japan anymore. Nunnally was literally the reason he wanted to make a better world and now it has taken her from him i could see him wanting it to burn instead.

Why would Lulu bring up charity donations for widows of soldiers? They get pensions and such. The reason they looked at him like that was because he was being a fucking idiot who obviously had no idea what he was talking about.

OK, i am calling bullshit that he would have enough funds to build his own Knightmares. R&D isn't cheap, we are talking hundreds of millions, if not billions.

To make it more clear, the F-22 Raptor is a jet fighter. It's development cost around 34 billion. After all the development and such was done additional planes cost around 140 million. You can expect Knightmare frames to cost more than that.

Honestly, it's like no one gets just how much it costs to develop new tech, or even make already available tech. Each Sutherland probably has a cost of around 200 to 300 million to make JUST ONE UNIT, ONE, as in a single machine.

He simply wouldn't have the funds, not even close. At most he would have a couple million from these chess games. There is a reason he needed the support of the Kyoto group and such you know. To fund him and provide resources, knightmares and such.
