On an unrelated note, with Mai unable to fight Relius and Tsubaki going full-Dredd, we have no Immortaliser Breaker remaining... So how is he going to be dealt with ?

I don't remember this two-updates-a-month thing had ever happened. Not since In Times Eyes started, at least.

Azrael is still as broken as ever, but each new opponent pushes him closer to his limit...wherever it is. If he's forced to undo all layers of Enchant: Dragunov, then he'll no longer be able to absorb projectiles...but he'd make a hurricane with every breath, each step would alter the planet's orbit, and his punches would break reality. Luckily, that only matters if he can hit his target, and just as Kagura did in CF, Kokonoe certainly has his attack pattern down to a science by now. I'm looking forward to even more gratuitous application of the Power of Science in the next part!

Noel almost has this Godslayer thing figured out! Hopefully she's strong enough in this AU to seize the power of the Azure instead of wussing out. The question is, could doing so ever result in a future as great as the canon True Ending?

Relius once again proves how thoroughly he doesn't care how much anyone else cares by ripping the soul out of everyone's favorite beastkin and subjecting Mai to an extra-special, for-"weapons"-only mind rape session.

Best solution I can think of: Mu snaps Tsubaki out of her justice high to go get back Makoto. Belioz can be dealt with whenever they want (and Tsubaki is right that he deserves whatever she does to him), but if they don't save Makoto's soul NOW, it's Game Over for everyone.

Nice setup chapter. So Lotte wants Es to make damn sure he's removed from Litchi's memories, Nine joined the ranks of the world-killing contingent and if Kajun's theory is correct, Izanami could control Noel as well. Not to forget that Terumi hid in the body of someone in Alucard Manor, whose identity will probably be a nasty surprise, knowing him. Why am I under the impression that the fecal matter will collide with the rotary impeller at high speeds?

I got CF, too! It was AWESOME! I am utterly satisfied with the conclusion, and with Ragna's ultimate fate.

Lotte is fed up with Litchi's BS, it would seem. And it looks like Es was indeed able to wipe all records of "Lotte Carmine" from the world, or convince Amaterasu to do so. Es is really, really strong; that first fight between Naoto and Es in CF's story mode is one you're supposed to lose, and the game makes that clear to the player directly by allowing you to fight an Es with maxed AI strength. My brother was the one going through the story, and he was utterly pwned. Es, WIN! PERFECT! I'm glad I got the DLC to play as her.

Having read the manga, BlazBlue: Remix Heart, Mai Natsume is one of my favorite characters. I look forward to her debut in this story. She'll show up to drop off that mysteriously-acquired sample of Noel's blood in the next chapter, I guess? When she gets here, it'll be time for Kajun to do science! Fingers crossed for Nu's well-being...

I recently realized something that was confirmed by Master Unit: Amaterasu's true identity - Noel's creation in Ibukido turned BlazBlue's world into a self-insert fanfiction!

Carl and Relius were never all that different from each other. Like Hibiki said here, the only difference between them is the reason why they do what they do.
