| Mimi chapter 1 . 5/5/2017 Hi I wanted to review. I rarely do but I guess I wanted to share my view. I always seem to understand Kate's side of things. It's not that I don't feel Rick pain but I always felt that for most of their time together he wasn't sure of what he wanted. And I feel that understandable after many failed relationships ang marriage, he wanted fun and uncomplicated and he wanted extraordinary and those things don't go together. I think Kate gave Rick inspiration and vocation, he became a better man. He also gave Kate reason to fight and overcome her own insecurity and became a better woman. And while mid s3 s4 it was really sad to watch Rick suffer ans wait, I believe Kate suffered too, only it never showed like his pain. She is too self contained and he is not. In the end I believe Kate could never fall in love with someone other than Rick, because no one had his patience and forgivenesses and stubbornness, he was what she needed even when she didn't know. As for Rick, Kate was what he wanted, someone different. |
