When the final battle comes I think you should use the machine they are building with Toothless at the start to keep control of the dragons. But after that you should have Jason get hurt. This makes Piper mad and she uses the machine with her charmspeak. Either have her yell stop, which causes all the invaders to stop fighting. Or make her so angry she yells die at someone. This goes through the machine and causes the invaders to collapse. All the Berkians have wax in their ears and don't hear it, except Hiccup, whose wax fell out during the fight. He falls off Toothless and smashes through some crates (or something) and lands on the ground. After the invaders are captured Astrid finds him. And you can go from there. Use this idea if you want.

Maybe you could involve the Oracle through dreams giving them a prophecy that makes it look like Toothless won't survive but means something entirely different, like one of the dragon riders having to join the Seven.

I love this story! You are an amazing writer! I don't know how to finish the story, although you could draw inspiration from the HTTYD 3 trailer. Also, it might me nice (and sad) if you had Gaia give Percy a flashback of Tartarus, and Hiccup having to help him (solidifying their friendship, status as leaders, and helping them understand themselves). Or you could somehow involve Magnus Chase (cuz Norse).
