The part where they are playfully bantering and then he's like I'm gonna get sugar and then he comes back and she's dead really got me like missed opportunity and like the disappointment and that snatching away of hope you know. At first the fic was really cute and fun and fluffy and just so warm you know and then it's like agggggghhhhh!
I really can't decide if this is better or worse than the actual ending...

That was beautiful. Yes my heart is broken yet again and all that, but your writing is just so beautiful. Every single word belongs here, together weaving the setting for the story. I didn't just read it, I watched it all happen(with slow music playing in the background). Well done!
