This is extremely interesting
Derpidot chapter 1 . 6/20/2016
That was amazing! I never thought of the possibility of Dannys ghost having golden eyes and that overlaps with his blue eyes to make green. Good thinking on your part there, man.
TwilightWakerofTime chapter 1 . 5/22/2015
I'm intrigued. I normally hate (like hate hate hate hate) stories that have Danny's human and ghost halves as separate people, but for some reason... I kind of liked this. I don't know what you did differently, exactly, but the lore you've created so far is very interesting. I'm definitely willing to keep reading if you decide to continue this. It has potential to be a really great story, and your writing is very easy to read and free from constant errors.

However... as enjoyable as the story was, I have to admit that a huge part of the reason I'm actually reviewing is your Esperanto. I noticed that you used the word "homas" to mean "humans". However, using my (admittedly small) knowledge of Esperanto, I knew that couldn't possibly be right, since all Esperanto nouns end in -o, and plural nouns end in -oj.

For some really weird reason Google Translate translates the word "humans" as "homas", which is likely where you got that from. But I did a bit of research, and... I'm like 90% sure the correct word for human is "homo" and the plural is "homoj".

The website lernu! .com has a beautiful Esperanto-English dictionary and I decided to use it to double check. It unfortunately translates "human" into "homa", which I'm assuming is the adjective form of the word - as in "I'm human" instead of "I'm a human". However, it does interpret "homo" as "human being", so I think I'm on the right track. On the other hand, it translates "homas" as something ridiculous like "humanization". It seems to me that Google Translate interpreted "humans" as some kind of verb (somehow) and gave you one in return, since the "as" ending in Esperanto general means it's a present tense verb.

Either way, I'm fairly certain that homoj is the word you wanted there, so if you want to be accurate, you might consider changing it. (Technically, "ghosts" would be "fantomoj" too, but, I mean, maybe you want to English-ify the plural endings to make things more simple.) And I highly recommend using lernu's dictionary in the future when you want Esperanto words. That whole website has a ton of incredible resources for learning the language if you're interested.

With that crash course in Espranto done, I sincerely hope you are planning on continuing this story, since I'd love to read more of it. Update soon!

Fluehatraya chapter 1 . 11/15/2014
Pretty interesting.
Gliss Phantom chapter 1 . 11/12/2014
I love this! I can't wait for the next chapter!
Wooster chapter 1 . 11/12/2014
I really enjoy fics where Danny and Phantom are two different people ("Possession" being my current favorite), so you already have my attention and am rather excited to see where this goes.

I am a little concerned that Phantom is a bit omniscient. Not in a literal sense but in a practical one. He spent all his time explaining the rules of this AU that I really didn't see a personality of his own surface. But maybe that'll change in chapter 2, now that the main backstory is out of the way.
FMAlover32 chapter 1 . 11/12/2014
Love it! Update soon!
grinningshade chapter 1 . 11/11/2014
Interesting, I love fics where Danny and Phantom are separate entities.
Invader Johnny chapter 1 . 11/10/2014
Well I think its safe to say that Danny made a sort of friend with however spoke to him.

No complete tag means I am very, very excited, because this was excellent.
This may just be the new genre.
