Very inconvenient) AnyaLehnsherr gave me an explanation of this story by pm so nevermind my first review, it is not just AU for the sake of it but actually has a thought behind making it so. My honest apologies for being blatantly biased. I am curious how it will turn out.

I'm sorry but I like this story in a satirical way. Is that bad? In the Harry Potter books, Draco is portrayed as the most spoiled brat you could imagine, and then there's you writing about how he is abused, while the first time Harry met him Draco talked about bullying his father into buying him a broom. Of course, there COULD be a sad, dark tale behind it (nothing is impossible, is it), but then this needs more explanation, about how the Malfoys appear so loving while in reality they're not. Something like that. Or if you want to write about Draco's problems and still stay in line with the books, maybe it can be about the downside of being spoilt rotten. About Draco struggling with being dependant on his parents or something.
