I has not seen any other femclass fanfics due to ignorance, so I can't really judge on femclass-ness.
But from a fanfic standpoint this looks fine. I likedd the Meet the Female Soldier as mucch as the orignal, even though this had not visuals.

I have this theory that if someone likes my stuff, I'm likely to like theirs, so I'll be keeping an eye on this! I like the idea. I sometimes pondered the idea of writing an 'All-female team has to cope with getting a new member who is *male*!' story as a bit of a parody.

I see you've chosen to use present tense! I never write in that myself, because I just can't seem to get it right, but you've used it effectively here. Nicely written and I look forward to seeing where you go with this.
