Great story!

I loved this story. I never thought about shipping these two together, I hope you write more fanfic about them

It's really interesting that Marie thought about her childhood all night. It's like the entirety of "Withered White Roses" was a flashback.
I think your story is the best Edd/May story. :) I'm pretty sure I read all of the stories containing this pairing at some point.
And I know I already said that I wanted you to expand on Lee and Marie, but maybe a story about Eddy would be interesting. Maybe a story focusing on his change from a selfish con-man to a kind, caring, respectful friend. I feel like his change of heart, though a great character development, may have been a bit sudden since it takes a lot of time and effort for people to truly change who they are. Maybe a story could focus one him struggling to be a better person, with Lee there to support him, as she tries to change for the better as well.
The ending was really cute. Keep up the great work! :)

Super long, and to be honest, I thought it was way too dragged out, but really great work overall! Love the couple and found out more people do too. Not to mention you made a good story. Write another soon.

Omg I loved this so much! Maybe if ur not too busy make a fanfic of reverseKevEdd? Like where Kevin is the geek and Edd is the bully n they get together or something? I don't know if u do guyXguy but if u do that would be epic :D

This is by far the best Edd/May story I have read. The character development was pretty good,the foreshadowing was well done. This story was planned out well and the plot wasn't forced. There were some problems with Jimmy's character the pacing and predictability which I will get to later. Dragon6's "The all new Double D" was a good story with tons of views and followers but the way the characters were portrayed was a bit shallow compared to the way you handle them. The characters in your story had depth in them: They remained consistent for the most part. You added new layers to their personality especially the Kanker sisters.

I like the character interaction between Jimmy May and Edd, but the only gripe I have about it is when Jimmy became depressed when Eddy scammed him once again. In the show Eddy scammed him along with the other kids all the time. It shouldn't bother him too much. That's the only plot hole in the story but, then again, it could be a plot device to advance the story forward.

Speaking of advancing the story forward there was a point when the pace was so slow and the chapters were really short that some readers were put off by it. It was the slow pace of the chapters when Edd and May were hiding their relationship from the other kids that messed up the flow of the story. Those events could of been resolved in one chapter, two at the most.

The biggest problem of this story was the predictable plot. The cover art pretty much gave away what the whole story is about. I knew all the characters were eventually going to make up as I read through this story. The twists that happen surprisingly wasn't from this story but from the "The Withered White Roses," when May's father turned out to be a dead beat father and husband and how Marie was meld to the monster she was in the show and story.

Overall this was a good story for your first time. I enjoyed my timed reading it I can't wait for any future projects of Edd/May. If I was to have a request to focus on a character it will be Johnny. He seem to be the most unstable character in the series talking to a piece of was a part of the story when he wanted to know how it feels to fall in love but was comically rejected by Sarah for being weird. I can imagine him keep on trying to win her over but failing,and build a rivalry between him and Jimmy since they are urban rangers or if he loses his mind if Plank gets destroyed. There's a lot of possibilities with his character don't you think? Again I can't wait for any future installments of Edd/May or the other characters.

I'm so glad that Double D and May reunited, and Eddy and Double D made amends. :)
Hopefully, the same will happen with Marie and May. I can imagine her remembering how close they were as sisters when they were younger, and then possibly feeling remorseful because of how damaged their relationship has become.
You've done a great job establishing character development with Eddy, Double D, and May.
The little "K-I-S-S-I-N-G" thing was pretty funny. :)
And every little moment of romance between the two has been so adorable.
I'll be sure to read that story about the Kankers' past.

Sorry I reviewed as a guess on the "Withered White Roes" story my computer was acting up. Anyway, I'm glad Edd protected May from Marie's rage, I truly pitied her after reading the other story of their past. Good thing that the three Eds are reunited, and Kevin and Eddy are becoming good friends. Judging by the ending of the chapter Marie is having a realization of why she end up the way she did.

Edd and May finally reunited after all the chaos that was their separation. What a sad past Edd had it's a good thing he revealed his secret. No one can break them a part now. :) On another note, I wonder how Marie break free from Ed the strongest kid in the cul-de-sac? Can't wait to find out on the next chapter.

Lee's back again and about time too! Anyway,things are finally snowballing smoothly. Ed Made his attempt to get May and Edd together to get him back as a friend even though he didn't do anything wrong. Lee and Jimmy are the ingredients to solve problems: She encourage Edd to talk to May, and she gave Eddy hope to befriend Edd again. While Jimmy told Edd of the possibility of May having a weakness that she don't want anybody to know, and asking Kevin for help. It takes somebody from the outside to resolved any problem you have no control over. That's the message I'm getting from this story so far. Now that Lee know was going on, I can't wait to read how she handle the monster that is Marie.
