This is a very good one-shot.

For something written when you were half asleep I sure couldn't tell that that was the case. This is great, in character, has nice little background tidbits like the fact that Stark has the wings and is funding the Avengers, as well as the foreground details of how Bucky can't really cover the problems in more than a vague way. If you ever do write that follow up I will be interested to read it, but this works just as well as a stand alone.
