I don't really think you need to find a balance with the Mpreg stuff. You did state that there was gonna be Mpreg and if someone doesn't like it they don't need to read the story if its gonna be a problem. I personally am not a fan of Mpreg but I will read and enjoy it if the story and explanation for why its possible is good. I have read quite a few really great stories where it just so happens that its a universe where certain men can have babies because of a weird genetic mutation. I think you should just write it the way you want to and feel no shame in doing so. I have really enjoyed your story so far and am excited to see how this all goes. Hope you update soon.
