Wow, 8 years are a little long to be far from home but hey, look how finely you made Naruto and Sakura mature in the meantime! Thank you for taking your time with bringing this to life! Was definitely a joy to read!

Simple and sweet, although I'm surprised I never bothered imagining a Konoha in winter. It always seemed one of those places perpetually in summer.

Can't help but be curious why Naruto pulled a Sasuke and wandered off to roam the world for years at a time. That seems pretty irresponsible of him, not to mention intolerably lonesome for a man defined by his connections with others. At least he's wised up by the end of the story.

This is very sweet and meaningful.
I liked the part about Naruto spreading that long hair rumor.
Also I felt like Sakura gives off a calm/lost sorta feeling. Like if Naruto didn't take action they'd never make a move forward.
