This chapter was actually so funny - “did getting married to someone else count as cheating?” actually made me giggle. Poor Kristoff. And Anna saying Hans wouldn’t need to marry her to get her in his bed - so funny! And Rapunzel and Elsa’s reactions were perfect.

oh my god literally the most toxic relationship... the kisses on Anna’s neck while Hans is drunk, the accusations of being a bed companion, the bribery of going to Corona if Anna goes to the party... yikes. However, there is a love between Anna and Hans, but it is far from pure.

Anna and Hans are the most toxic relationship... but I love it. I’m rereading this and it’s still so good! I love the magic of Nordic gods in this!

I don’t think I can accurately describe the array of emotions this fic gave me. All I know is, I am extremely happy with this ending. And it makes perfect sense. Thank you so much for sharing this. It was a pleasure to read.

All the fic was amazing, with good characterization, a lot of feelings that are very realistic, and the humor has always being charming.

I finish it feeling my heart happy, with that strange feeling of sadness that happens when the end arrives, bitter-sweet perhaps? Well, that said, a lot of congratulations! :-)

The deal Anna made with Rapunzel about Hans staying in Corona is great. At least she has some help and it has made it possible to be close to the other. It is a bit sad though that even as William Schultz can't have a proper marriage with Anna.

Seriously - Anna though this fic became *so* warped by Hanse. Feeling love towards the worst kind of monster; one who DOES feel and yet still commits utter atrocities simply because they can...

I've kept silent because I really wanted to get the 'complete' story before I did, so my thoughts;

Your writing is technically very good. And keeping in mind if you DID intend to paint this as Anna essentially being brainwashed slowly into thinking she's in love with Hanse and turning her back on those who DID love her, ground down steadily by isolation and dispare; well that actually works really well. Although it was badly thrown by Hanse actually agreeing to sacrifice everything to save Elsa, would have far more prefered that ELSA get an upgrade to her powers to be able to face him as an equal, going for a MAD scenario to save her sister and everyone else or something (possibly leading to them dropping both their powers but Hanse unknowingly escaping as a mortal with only Anna knowing he isn't dead or something...)

Because Hanse agreeing to give up his powers to save Elsa just *completely* broke the characters for me, it was so entirely OOC because I don't believe for one millisecond given his actions in canon and here that he actually loved Anna or saw her as anything more than a challenge to slowly twist into a monument to his own ego. Twisting all that innocence and joy and life into something madly in love with him...

And Gods, poor Kristoff, the man who loved her for real and went surely through hell with Elsa to try and find something, ANYTHING, to save Anna ... a footnote in the friend zone?! Damn that's cold!

Personally I think this was a fun and interesting 'what if' story - but it was really let down by wimping out and having Hanse ACTUALLY love Anna and being willing to sacrifice everything for her to save Elsa. You should have played it through to the end down that dark path :(

But still, I must give you full kudos - it was a very engaging story and far above 90% of the frozen Fanfics around here.

Ahhh, the end of the road. It's like saying goodbye to an old friend. This was one of the higher quality stories in the Frozen universe and I'm sad now that it's going away. I would have liked a more definitive ending, but ambiguity has it's place, and Anna and Hans don't now where they're going either. While the story got bogged down during Anna's "imprisonment", Anna was bored at the same time I was, and that's what defines a good story, the conveying of emotion, even if it's boredom.

I have been following this story since you started and now that it ended I feel sad but glad that I was able to read and amazing story with an exceptional writing! I love the way you write, there was never a boring moment in the story, I was always excited and left wanting to read more. I was amazed about your imagination and how you developed the story because sometimes I saw no future for Hans and Anna because both betrayed the other but I loved how they came to be together, I loved the ending and how you gave this pairing an incredible journey. Thank you for your splendid story and don't stop writing because you are wonderful at it.

Beautiful moment between the two of them in Hans's cell. :3 Erggghhhh, I kind of wanted to throttle Elsa for her disdain toward Anna in this chapter. I know they've been apart for most of Anna's growth and development though.

AH THE FEELS. When someone says "No matter what I do, it's never enough" D: He does NOT get it, argh!

Oh nononono. Anna letting her emotions get to her was totally understandable, and yet at the same time, FACEPALM. There goes the plan. Though in a way, I think she wanted that. She felt cornered between him and Rapunzel (and Elsa) and the end-result is this. :(

Hey there! Just catching up on these chapters and I see that you've finished the story. Though I'm not at the end yet, I want to congratulate you on finishing this piece. Now, act five: part eight...

Interesting that Anna compares herself to her husband as she's planning for the event and acting as a listening ear for her citizens. :3 And wow, poor Anna did not see the surprise attack plan coming. Hah! I like the description of the worried guard as an "armored duckling". Also, not surprising that Elsa, Rapunzel & co. would rush the plan while Anna would not be ready. Again, poor Anna!

That final scene with her in bed with Hans, thinking and panicking over everything when he mumbles in his sleep... quite heart wrenching because, even if they do love each other, Elsa WAS right. Anna's been mentally broken. No wonder she can't trust anything anymore. :(
