This was really a beautiful story, I think I cried more than once. I loved your Thranduil, loving husband and father and everything. Legolas and Gimli were more than perfect as the best friends Arda has seen. Frodo and Sam trying to help Tauriel was the sweetest thing. Thank you for this wonderful story.

I absolutely love this! It's totally different and new! It made me laugh so hard! And I absolutely love that Thranduil was the one that initially initiated the reattempted robbery. Now a personal favorite.

I think my favorite line in this was "No one should be sad when there are fresh strawberries." I feel like that idea really sums up the happiness taking in simple things that is part of being in the Undying Lands.

This is a lovely fic. I liked your take on the Undying Lands. You know, I never before imagined that mortals who went there would literally be "undying" (I mean, duh, of course!) but I love that idea and intend to make it my headcanon now. I also like the idea of the dwarves waiting in the form of their native stone.

It was fun to see you develop the troubled relationship between Legolas and his father in this. And I really liked seeing a non-romantic Legolas/Gimli relationship for a change (personally, that's how I understand their relationship).

I laughed when Thorin's first reaction was to Kili and Tauriel, not the rest of the improbably situation.

So was Dain's pretty former-lieutenant the person Fili is with? And is she a character who appears in any of your other fics?

This is priceless! Touching hilarity with spot on characterization and intriguing plot for such a short story. I so wish PJ would film this as an epilogue to an ultimate EE box set.

Wow, this was amazing and so different. I read it all in one sitting unable to stop and not it is five am but it was worth it. I have never read any thing like this before. It is so real that you have to remind yourself its fanfiction. How did your ever come up with so many feels and think tp include so many of our favorite characters? I cried over Tharanduil and his wife. And I loved Legolas and Gimli as brothers in arms and hearts. Truly wonderful writing.
