Calling him a rougue Noble serves no purpose other than to make it worse. There is no logical reason to do so in this story. If I was shirou I would have called her an idiot outright,and told her to fix it. Royalty be damned, I would be pissed. It was the most pointless, poorly planned plot device I've seen in a Fate fanfiction so far, ave I've read around 200. I seriously hope it gets better, because it was great up until that point.

I mean, as much as I can understand wanting to have Henrietta be a sympathetic character, having her be so egalitarian is pretty unlikely in my opinion. As annoying as Louise can be when she meets Saito, it's honestly completely unsurprising and even expected for someone in her position. Nobles are the ones who have all the power in this universe, and magic equals power. And the rigid class system is accepted throughout all the known world, plus supported by their faith (magic is a gift by their god, Brimir). Why in the world would a noble woman born in that time period consider a commoner an equal?

It's only through Saito's demonstration of competence and loyalty that he begins to be accepted by everyone around him (except Siesta and other commoners). Henrietta mostly trusted him because he was Louise's familiar after all.

So having a girl who was raised from birth on the idea of her god given rights as a noble and royalty be so okay with the egalitarian views of a modern person is pretty unlikely. Granted, she does seem to trust Agnes, but it's not like you can have nobles be bodyguards, with their limited numbers.
