I love this story, lanie would a great mom, there arent a lot of stories where Lanie ends up being a single mother, it'd be interesting I hope she has a girl.

I'm liking the look of this story so far. I was just wond ring if you took ideas. Because I'd love to see a scene or chapter between Lanie and Castle. Maybe she asks his advice as a parent or something, or maybe she just realises she can confide in him, and that he might be able to help, since he's not a member of the NYPD. Something like that. I don't know, but id just really live to see some castle and lane friendship moments

I liked this. There aren't a lot of stories out there with Lanie in a family way, and this one has potential. I think 9 tests is a bit overkill, but it reinforced how in denial she was about her situation, so it worked. i also liked how she snapped at Kate about getting nauseated at the crime scene - that was a nice touch.

Since you put in your profile that you give extensive feedback, and have problems with spelling errors and typos, I hope you'll take the following as constructive. This story was looser than others of yours I've read, and I jotted down the following:

* It wishes if she discards them all they will all disappear - I have an idea what you meant to say, but the sentence as is doesn't make sense.

- "Yeah girl this one just smells worse then (than) the usual ones."

- She's a grown woman, and would have her own OB/GYN, so unless s/he were on vacation and had someone covering the practice, there wouldn't be an introduction scene.

- Pregnancy tests are usually done by bloodwork, not through urine samples.

- Her asking him to keep it confidential is, sorry, redundant. He would lose his license if he said anything outside the office, and even if he wanted to, who would he talk to? As far as he knows, she's single.

Again, I hope you'll accept this as constructive criticism. Unlike you, I don't review everything I read, only those I have a strong enough reaction to, so please consider this a positive sign?

Wooow cool story, aren't really many lanie pregnancy stories out there and there needs to be more! Keep writing! I think Lanie would have a girl, idk why but its it's a thought. Ummm name maybe Jasmin or Sophia! Sophia sounds better in my opinion, hope I helped

I like your idea. it's fresh. I don't like the wording of "just how pregnant she is" since she can't be more pregnant or less pregnant. she's either pregnant or not but I assume you mean, 'how far along she is'. I could see Lanie with a child of either gender but I think the name would be a family name or to honor someone close to her.
