The problem with making people move to ancestral lands:
First of all, it would be racist to only send the "white people".
Second of all, white people are not the only race that have committed atrocities while invading. Every single race has done so. So if all "invaders" were expelled, it would include members of every single race.
Third, most modern citizens of the United States consider themselves American, regardless of race. Our culture and heritage is American. We speak English. This means that most of us wouldn't understand our ancestral languages, and, given how many of us are descended from refugees, would be unwilling to give up our way of life to go somewhere foreign.
Fourth, many of us have mixed heritage somewhere in our bloodlines. Would you tear a multiracial family such as mine apart? Would you rip a white infant from her black mother? Would you tell a Native Americsn who was adopted by loving Asian parents that because they are a different race, their parents will be deported back to their home country? And how far back does this ancestry go? Because if we truly all returned to where our cultures came from, the entire world would be living in the Middle East and the Sahara Desert. That seems like a very bad idea.
Lastly, is it fair to punish the child for the sins of the father? If a man raped someone, would you force his daughter to make reparations in his stead? Many of the conquerors you speak of died a long time ago. Most of their descendants do not share their imperialistic viewpoints. So why should you pay for great-great-great-grandfather's sins?

I wanted to point out why it would be a bad idea to lower the voting age:
Due to the complexity of the mind, aperson's body finishes developing years before their brain does. A human's brain (including the part that allows logic and reasoning) does not finish maturing until they are around 26 or 27. This is why high schoolers and college students are notorious for acting like idiots. While there are plenty of people who show responsibility at this age, even they are more prone to irrationality and poor judgment than when their mind matures. Therefore, while a 16-year-old may appear mature outwardly, they do not display the reasoning skills they will gain by adulthood, and are unlikely to vote for the best candidates. As anyone who has attended public high school can tell you, they are more likely to pick the hottest person than the most responsible.

wait, is harry a girl or a boy? when writing you use the female pronouns but the Dursleys call Harry 'boy'. is harry trans? are they just stupid? what's going on?
