It would be a shame to see this story end early. If i remember correctly the old version of this story was the first RWBY fic i ever read on this site and i was reallly sad when it dissapeared. Your writing of a conflicted character juggling others lives while trying to keep his own is really good. I really want to see how you write the others reactions after beacons fall considering they all see how hes trying to be a good person but dont understand the consequences of not taking his "uncles" threat seriously.

at the end he what he says about Faunus how they see people for who they really are... its bullshit it feels like your making him see Faunus as somehow better than humans
