I loved this chapter! It’s so wonderful that Cora finally realized that Sybil’s life isn’t over, that she can do things and live her life. And the painting analysis was so cool. I never knew it had been ripped so the message was enlightening.

I liked Cora’a awakening. It was very in character for her to realize what she thought and what others thought of Sybil wasn’t true nor did she want it to keep being true.

I’d love to see Tom figure out a way for her to dance in London at the debutante ball. Maybe Gwen and Anna could come up with a modified curtesy as well if she could meet the queen.

I really enjoyed her views of the painting and how Tom continues to support her and point out how much she has to offer.

I was so excited to see another update of this story. I like the way Cora got there without Sybil actually asking. I don't like the Merton's but they have their uses! Then it was great that Tom got to go with her. I'm really intrigued to see where you take this story. :)

This is such a novel idea! I love it! The slow burn romance is beautiful. I really enjoyed the wheelbarrow race at the beginning, and then how she realised that it was Tom who found the saddle. I also love all the fake errands she is giving Gwen! Hehe. I hope you continue this. :)

The ruse is up...very clever of Sybil.

I like how they bonded over his grandmother and accepting help...a step that cannon Tom had some trouble with though that may also have to do with who was offering.

I do hope you keep the bribe scene in, such a good one.

I'd like to see more of Matthew and Tom bonding, earlier than in cannon, if possible.
