Psychiatrists are medical doctors who deals with mental illness like schizophrenia etc. Psychologists on the other hand does counselling and therapy, and deals with people problems in layman's terms, they are not actual doctors but they do usually have PhD. So you used the terms wrongly here. Bartenders are like free Psychologists or Therapists not Psychiatrists. Psychiatrists prescribe medicine and have medical degrees which specialises in mental illness. |
