| Averia13 chapter 8 . 8/13/2018 This fic won't probably be updated anymore and it was left hanging in such a confusing time for the siblings. I kinda want to see things smooth out... my actual thoughts upon finishing then, checking when was the last update. This had me hooked from chapter 1. Tomoki's realization/acknowledgement of what was happening to Tomoko and his subsequemt efforts to rectify her situation. My heart went from being pinched (their mother's denial that she needed help, takes the cake) to being warmed (when Tomoki started to put real effort helping her). It really was a great read for me despite the direction Tomoki's affection for his sister is going. Don't get me wrong I do read some TomokixTomoko fan fics. It is simply that the initial hints seemed like a subtle nod to canon flashbacks that Tomoki really like his sister a lot. It made the fic all better for me. More genuine. People grow apart and the remembrance of what once was while rebuilding broken bridges is a nice touch. Moving on, I hope you were able to read this review. You did a great job in this fic. While I understand that this fic might never get updated/finished, I sincerely hope and look forward that it does! :) |
