Good story overall. Wish so many people would stop making Zuko look weak whenever he tries to make amends or confronts people. Doesn’t suit him IMO. Awkward yes, weak and nervous no.

thanx for actually writing a Jinko fic there are not many and of the few that exist 25% are Zutara and Maiko shippers being selfish and wasting our time turning it into Zutara or Maiko..

Hmm. I liked most of the story, but I feel like zuko should have been more like, I’m all past that and I want to leave that behind, and less like I’m so sorry, btw can I join yo ’s how I would’ve liked it, but this be your story, so you choose, and I can just imagine this was how it ended. Just know, yo damn good at writing - better than I could ever be.

you mentioned them losing their parents on the second date, and then you repeated it. Did they forget or something? other than that, great story

I'm personally a huge fan of the canon, but I'm actually surprised by how much I enjoyed this. I'd pick Jin over Mai any day of the week

Hey. I usually don’t leave longer reviews but I would like to this time. I thought your story was very nice and I liked it a lot. I thought it was super adorable and cute.

If you make a sequel I think that these would be some good points to address:

- Zuko being from the fire nation and the heir to the throne and Jin being from the Earth nation. Since Zuko will probably be expected to be the Fire Lord - and it would be best if he was imo - and Jin would probably expect to stay or move back to the Earth nation it could be difficult?

- The different alternate things like the episode where Aang, Zuko, etc are on the battleship thing and Sokka finds Sukki and at the end Zuko and Mai and Ty Lee saving him and stuff…

- All the things left out in the movie like what happened to Zuko’s mom, Toph and her parents (may have been resolved but I forgot if it was)

Critiques :

- You never had Zuko do much with Jin’s mom…?

- Jin being so willing to forgive Zuko. I can understand her forgiving him and being ok with it but I think she would be a little more hurt that he lied to her.

- Jin being so willing to join the gang and go on a huge adventure. I just don’t think that would be her style …. Even if I have only seen her in less then one episode…

- I am VERY glad you did it but you had them fall so fast in love and I thought it was adorable… It’s pretty unrealistic though. I have met a lot of people and they have trust issues and are jaded and pretty bad people. I have always had horrible relationships unfortunately and constantly end up alone… But point in that - I think Zuko fell a bit too quickly for Jin…

In Conclusion I would vote this 9 out of 10 in awesomeness! So I like it a lot!

This story is so fun. It shows why there should be more Zuko and Jin stories out there! ;) I've read it twice, and it was just as enjoyable the second time.'

You have definitely captured the romantic comedy vibe. Like your other story, everyone is in-character. Linguistically, it's flawless. I love the characterization you've given Jin. It fits, and her chemistry with the different characters is super engaging to read. Love Sokka in this last chapter. Love Zuko in every chapter. Love Jin always.

How are you new to FanFiction and already so good? I'm a fan. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!
