A great story. I could have never predicted the ending.
After all, the baby was Merin's son.
Merin and Morgana were ment to be together, they could have achieved a lot if only they had decided to join forces and maybe the Albion would have come to pass and magic would have florished once again. Yet they let their obsessions stay in their way.

Very nice idea. I would love to it see more developed. And see what happens next.

That was such an amazing story! I love how the ending wasn't corny, far-fetched or tragic like many Mergana fics finish. It was perfect and fit wonderfully with this shipping and it's characters. Well done!

I liked that! I think this could be expanded into a multi chapter work, with more details and more scenes in between that get into Merlin's head more and also give some perspective from other characters such as Arthur, Gwen, Gauis and Uther. I had a feeling at the very beginning that the child was Merlin and Morgana's and maybe Merlin wiped everyone's memories somehow in order to hide the fact. When he said the mother was dead though I thought maybe you were building an AU where Freya had managed to hide in Camelot much longer and hadn't been killed by Arthur but maybe died in child birth. I liked what you did though with future Merlin and Future Morgana. When Future Merlin said he was Emrys I was like "WHAT?! How?! WHY?!" You definitely sent me through a loop! lol Really fun story to read and I think you should expand upon it, it has so much potential. The few grammar errors weren't that bad. If you ever want a beta I'd be happy to help!

It is always a good start when Morgana and Merlin are forced to be with each other. These two are so different and so similar at the same time. And there are far too little stories about Morgana being pregnant.
