I have to say I really do like this pairing - it's a shame Sarada wasn't in the original cast. They just...click? Although, if that was the case, and the fan service wasn't there, I really think Naruto would've ended with a more mature woman...maybe Konan or even Shizune. Maybe Fuu - as he himself says "only a jinchuuriki can understand another jinchuuriki's pain.
But I'm getting out of the topic here!
The fact is that I like your history, and I really do hope someone do another Naruto x Sarada fiction.
