This story's concept is overused.

I don't want to destroy your imagination but Toothless ate Hiccups leg! He was falling with his back and head first in the flames! So if the fure burned it off, his head and torso would've been pretty much pulverised too! Also Toothless flies after him in the first movie. He even tries to catch him with his front paws! But they are too short so Toothless uses his muzzle! If he had retracted his teeth, Hiccup could've slipped through his gums so he accepted coleteral demage and bit off his leg! Hiccup even mentions it in Httyd 2! With his mother when he explains how Toothless lost his tailfin! Sorry but I'm really touchy about this topic! Toothless ate his leg! No else explanation makes sense!

no offense, I could see how this could be a good story but the moment there's a main character oc who's also rebellious and related to a main character that's where I normally leave hope your story does well but I just generally dislike ocs like that
