Okay so I finished this off... gonna have to say that this was pretty bad overall but atleast you had the endurance to finish this off, props to that at least.

Taking a look at the story as a whole its pretty bad. The story is all over the place at the start, it lack a huge amount of focus and the focus you gave (The Trauma) was rushed and didn't have the time to set to make it feel believable enough.

There main plot of Pacifica running away is somewhat by the books and how its presented in this fic is believable but unrealistic in the way the situation is legally and social handled. The different threads of the plot are more of note. The Dan Plot, the McGucket family thread and the Pines adoption.
The Dan plot was the most interesting but unexplained. He word as an antagonist pretty okay but the reason why he was doing such alludes me all the way to the end. Nothing about him is explained at all! He seemed magical but died like a human, he was goating that Pacifica is a Northwest through and through but we don't know nothing about that. He is just evil for evil sakes, appears, gets killed and noting about or surrounding his death is mentioned.
The McGucket caring for Pacifica is the best part of the fic, its very original, its enduring and its a really cool route that was explored.
The Pines family bit is okay, the adoption from the Northwest part was interesting to say the least, the young pines were sightly OOC at the start but came into what they normally are like the further as it proceeded. The older pines were quite nice tho Stan and Ford were believable caretakers.

The conflict with Pacifica killing Dan and going through the psychological backfire felt really rushed in and majorly underdeveloped.

Pacifica overall in this fic was interesting to say the least, its pretty by the books for the the runaway pac but the relationship with McGucket was pretty amazing and the Ford relationship was pretty good too.

Nice Try with this fic, I'll wait the 5 years for the remake ;)

I want to like this, but I just can't with the author's notes injected at random intervals.

I really like this story, but reading author's notes jammed right in the middle of it really takes me out of the mood.

wait did anyone notice that in the line: "Hat let's out a sigh of relief and says her goodbyes to her family an then walks out with Soos and gets into his truck." that it says Hat instead of Pacifica? also isn't Pacifica Dipper and Mabel's aunt? i mean, if she was adopted by the stans and they are the twins' great uncles then wouldn't she be their aunt? idk.

Read this over again and yeesh this isnt as good as I remembered but isnt all that bad.
Love the Pacifica Fiddels relationship developed, its really original and I love it!
Dipper and Mabel felt really OOC at first but came into things.
This Fic and you suffered from a lack of Focus at first making its Pacing really off!
This thing was best midway through tbh but has started to pick back up near the end.
You did some goods and you did some bads but atleast you coming near an end! :)
