Okay, way too much fat in the writing.

I'd imagine hacking Cybertronian tech would be a greater challenge than Geth. Not saying they can't hack them after all they've been studying them for centuries but don't make it sounds so lightly. Pretty clever how Cybertronian computers only respond to spark signatures. Also, I believe all species have their own coffee. Turians have chocolate so its not hard to believe.

The Matrix should'a urged or vaguely eluded to Shepard that Arcee was important. Also, ten autobots with who knows how many others sent to Thessia. Oh, boy, Arcee is gonna have some words to say. And her reaction was hilarious but correction Arcee was in the games. She's a DLC character and there's a profile on her part in how she was one of the prisoners at Kaon prison but escaped with Optimus and his team let themselves get capture to save Zeta Prime.

Let me get this straight. The Matrix was manipulating caffeine-high Tali...completely not something in its power but I'll go with it cause it was kinda funny.

The Autobot and Decepticon Codex entry is pretty tight. Some problems, big one being the Decepticon codex. It shoulda ended at the talk about reverse-engineering their more exotic weapon and armor.

Well, if there were doubts before I can safely say it obvious who Sovereign really is. Seriously though, poor Magnus. He's a good bot, in the novels he and some Autobots, including the Wreakers, remained on Cybertron. They even managed to trip up Trypticon to allow the Ark to leave the planet.

They think that the sparkless shell of Transformers are are VI drones! That's insulting. No bot, no matter the affiliation would like that. Especially Cons.

They have files of the Iacon archives!? How long have they had that? Either way, if they can decode those, find artifacts, well the artifacts of the Primes they can't use but any Decepticon weapons would be great trouble.

Makes sense to use Therum. Surprise Shepard could tell that it's one of the planets for Project Vendetta considering all she saw was a map with no names or coordinates. Even if they were names, they wouldn't be called by what humans and others call them. The Matrix works by giving a sense of feeling. Optimus knew where to go and who could be important by the Matrix nudging him in direction without really knowing. You got a clever idea with how Shepard can use it but she needs to bring it with her. Thing doesn't give out exact coordinates after all.
