The story is good but you should stop using kaa and tou and just go with mom/mother dad/father. You use Japanese and then English for them both at time. But when you just say kaa or tou and don't add the -san it reads weird.

Good story, but the spelling could use some work.

Well this was interesting to say the least. At least his date with Tsume went well. I do wonder how this family breakfast will go? It does seem odd that they are trying to act like parents to him after how they acted towards him. Well corrections if I remember right it was more Minato that acted funny towards Naruto then Kushina. I wonder what other females will end up getting close to Naruto. I was thinking it would be interesting for him to get Hinata as well. I mean the older male teacher and his younger shy female student. It would just be great to see lol.
