Interesting idea behind this story, but it doesn't flow all that well in my opinion. The sudden jumps from Thrall and then to Nazgrim and finally to Eddard feels too sudden and leaves many details out.

Furthermore, I think you may have misinterpreted the word "ire" as it feels like you have used it in the wrong context. In case you don't know, ire means anger or wrath. Unless Thrall truly is angry with most of his commanders for no apparent reason, I'm sure that you meant something else.

Well if they landed in the North this is going to go really well for the Horde as their actually very much in line with Eddard. Thrall and Eddard would also be a good influence for each other.

Awesome story, here's hoping there'll be more. Been hoping for a story bringing the Horde, or the Iron Horde, or both for that matter into the A Song of Ice and Fire world for a while now. Just wanna say i love what you've written so far here.

I'd advise to make a pov section in the next chapter for lord stark to explain a shock he didn't show. Good job real creative I am ready to read until the last chapter. ;)
