Okay, really cool concept, but the writing style is just... bad. There are basic spelling mistakes, bad word flow, and less then ideal grammar. Please fix, it's such a cool concept especially with the way teams are handled that I want this to succeed

The most disappointing feeling in the world is when you find a good story and it just ends on a cliffhanger and hasn’t been updated in years.

even though I just found this story, I'll have to stop reading it. In order to help you out, I'll list a few reasons why.
1. Maturity. Naruto and Tenten are both much too young to live on their own. Admittedly, The Manga has established that there are children like that in the villages, but most are not like that and you spelled it out clear enough that neither are Naruto or Tenten. Additionally, you say that they are mature all the time, but then they behave totally weird and more than just childish. You can't have it both ways. Either they are mature or they are not. In addition, no child that age could ever handle money responsibly. Even geniuses have problems with that. It's part of the childish mind that does not allow them to behave like an adult would.
2. Romance. In your very first paragraph you mentioned there wouldn't be young children doing adult stuff. You were outraged you even had to mention it. Then why in the devil's name is Tenten at eight years old feeling weird about a boy seeing her and getting embarrassed over being near him and acting all couple-y?! They are children. There should be no mention of anyone feeling even a hint of romance or bitchimg over some boy at that age. It's adults who write children that way that show that they have completely forgotten what it meant to be a child. Children don't care about gender, sex or whatever. They don't care about race either. They only care about you bring funny, pretty, scary or whatever.
3. Too easy. Everything is going right for Naruto right now. Why should he be trying to become Hokage? He first started that dream because he wanted to be recognized. His dream started as a chukdisch fantasy of awesomeness. It was born out of selfishness. Not humanity, not love, not even morality. Only as he matured, as he had to cope with his first losses, did his dream morph into something more and Naruto became the unselfish Shinobi wr all learned to love. This Naruto does not need that. Ergo, he wouldn't have the same motivations. He has no parents or real authority figures around him often enough who would teach him morals and make him strive for such a position for the right reasons. Many authors forget that when they want to make his childhood better so that he can reach his true potential.
4. Kurama. Why is Kurama so friendly? There is no reason for it.
5. Psychology. The reactions you are portraying to different stimuli are way off board. Yes, children can over react quite badly. But maturity was already mentioned. Nevertheless, they wouldn't overreact that badly. Asking why while crying and maybe even attacking someone you see as a loving grandfather is simply not something any child would do. Adults even less. Asking why he wasn't told and being emotional is one thing. Flying off the handle like that is only a reaction known in violent people and people who have triggers because of traumas. None has been the case here.
Think before describing things like that. It makes for a very bad read, even if the original idea is nice enough. I wish you the best.
