| Kirasum chapter 12 . 10/29/2015 Thank you so much for not giving up on this story. I like the ending. Etienne will be maybe a character Athos will meet on one of your other stories. The change from being friends and family first, to becoming enemies and strangers in the end. (Just one little thought). I like how you end your story, with Athos and his three brothers united again. And the death of the Cardinal, so the imminent threat is gone for the moment and Athos didn't has to share Aramis secret with his friends in order to protect Aramis. Have a great Weekend. |

| Buckeye01 chapter 12 . 10/25/2015 I've always sided with Athos in this story, as I understood his desire to stand by family- what I disliked was the other three taking sides . You did an excellent job of creating a rift between the boys... it sure created a lot of tension, both for the boys and the readers! To Aramis's line, "Porthos and I shouldn't have been so quick to choose sides." I would like to do a "Gibbs slap" to the back of his head. And while I'm at it, when he said that "he shouldn't have given in to temptation" I would really like to say, "Yeah, You THINK?" and do another "Gibbs slap!" Ok, sorry... just ranting. Very nice ending to this emotional-packed story! |
