All others being mortals, that would mean less than percent of divine blood. Enough to make an emergency call for a demgod with a golden drachma if they can get one but distant enough that they would have no idea... Or Iris doesn't care who makes the call so long as she gets the golden drachma. Not likely anyone without divine blood would have any, after all. |
