I absolutely hate girl in the fireplace but this was seriously brilliant I really like your writing style

I absolutely love what you have done here. It was perfect from the beginning to the end. Strange how fans understand the Doctor better than the actual writers. I dont get why Davies/Moffat wanted the Doctor to fall in love with Reinette when season one and two was all about the Doctor and Rose loving each other until he regenerated again and seperated from each other.

And how can they call it love when he only knew her for a few hours? Lust and attraction yes but love, no way! Maybe it is a male thing, I believe a female writer/producer wouldnt have done it like that and insist, that this is "authentic".

Thank you so much for writing this and nailing my beloved Nine so accurately. I enjoyed reading Team Tardis with Gitf.

What an AMAZING story! I hate the original GITF episode but LOVED this rewrite! I really think that 9 would have reacted very similar to how you portrayed him. Great work!

This story is wonderful. Even though it was a well written episode I hate it, ten in this episode really angers me. You also wrote Reinette in a way that does her justice (I typically hate her character but you put real effort into her and it shows).
Overall this story is just amazing because as much as I love ten, nines relationship with rose was just more powerful and you do his character so wonderfully. I wish this was how the episode actually went.

I like this far better than the original.

I freakin' love this story so damn much! I've read it so many times that I think I have by hearted some paragraphs! This is one of the best GITF fix its I've ever read and I really appreciated the fact that Nine kept Rose as his first priority (since he is in love with her!). Ten was so OOC in that episode and it grated me to no end to see him behaving the way he did with Reinette and then completely abandoning Rose and Mickey (who rode in the Tardis for the first time ever!). Thank you for this story! It's perfect. :D

Someone write Moffat. Tell him he's fired, DW has found a better writer. I'm sorey you had to watch the mess that was GITF, but this masterpiece was worth it. I'm always up for replacing 10 with 9 in the spots where he messed up (and there seems to be plenty)
