I am not sure why, but for some reason, I imagined Fred dressing up as Professor Snape for Halloween. Great chapter by the way, I got some good laughs and a few close calls with the waterworks.

MY BIRTHDAY IS FEBRUARY 6 AND I-

Just finished reading this and great story! First I must compliment you on the mental health angle that you took. A lot of fanfic writers attempt that and it becomes just ridiculously emo and horrid to read, however you avoided all those cliches that would normally have me go UGH and stopping reading (I work in healthcare so can't stand to see unrealistic representations of medical and behavioral health stuff). On the contrary, you did such a superb job of displaying it realistically (not to mention your writing style is splendid to read) that I kept reading and binge read the whole thing despite finding the OC to be insufferably boring. To expound upon that this is a great story and you are a seripusly phenomenal writer, your approach to their relationship and the progression of romance was delightfully paced. You also abided all the mary sue cliches and sort of created an anti sue. So when I say the OC was boring I dont mean that as anything bad, just that if I met someone like her (mental health issues aside) Id be bored to tears within 5 minutes of attempting conversation. She's fairly bland and while shes not unlikeable shes the sort of personality that not a lot of people really would go out of there way to spend time with. Shes got no snap or sizzle. However, that is what makes her (and this story) so good. Not every human is full of snap amd sizzle and many people are quote frankly pretty boring on a day to day basis. They go to work ,go home, have no interesting hobbies and d do not do anything too terribly interesting with their lives. In fanfic too many writers forget that simple fact and they forget to have characters like that. So I absolutely loved how you meticulously crafted a character like that, one with mental health issues on top of that, and still made this an interesting read! Having the non snazzy central OC makes for hard writing and reading, but you made this a fun, easy, extremely entertaining read. I guess what the takeaway here is, is that you could write classes on how to have interesting stories without mary or gary stus. Great job all around! I do admit my favorite part was when she finally got some backbone at the wedding attack and did something. That was a super interesting twist on the patronus charm use and I love that she used it (like a total amateur would) the complete wrong way. Yet...it worked. It is like when someone thinks outside a paradigm box at work and repurposes a program for something totally new that the veteran experts (the Aurors, wizarding war veterans, etc.) never would have or could have thought of. So that twist was a delightful plot point that made me start to like the OC a little. :) Great story!

First time reading this and honestly I relate to Misty so much, I'm just as introverted as she is, honestly! When people talk to her and she shrinks into her shell, I relate so much! I love this already, you have sold me! I find it hard to come across introverted and shy characters such as Misty and I must say, this is a delight. Thank you, I can't wait to read more.

Just wanted to say this was a really good read. I normally don't like original character fics but I thought this was really well done.
You handled the depression really well, i appreciated that you didn't skip over it or underestimate it. I thought you did a great job.
Also, really well paced, some marriage laws fics are rushed or way too slow but I thought this was perfect with the way you handled how they got comfortable with each other and fell in love.
So thumbs up from me! :)

I realize this fic is old, but i wanted to let you know i appreciated the way you are approaching the marriage law genre. I like that you included a long amount of time for the child thing and that you recognized the orphans that resulted due to the war.

the first time i read this story was year ago i cried, so i cam back to read i again and see if i will cry and in all honesty this is the best story ever
