Very nicely done...I remember reading the comic in elementary and middle-school. I'm surprised it hasn't finishdd off, yet. This was a very nice fanfiction, as I always wondered about the PPGD and Grim tales between storyline, as it was only addressed in, if my memory is correct, when Mimi gets some architect in Mandy's suvenior area, that takes people to their darkest fears. Sad, Since I've seen that PPGD hasn't been finished, and any good end will not count, since whatever haply ending it gets will go to the path of evil winning. This fanfic, however, eases the mind more, on the between story plot. Thank you.

Hello! I just recently read Grim Tales: Afterbirth and then I remembered this story. It gave me a thought of how some other very important members of Blossom's family woupd have reacted to the entire thing and how the heroes responded to the impending doom of Megaville. A glimpse was shown in that part of the flashback when the "Evil Eye" within Mandy's vault was shown, but I was curious about the personal feelings of some characters like Blossom's sisters and Dexter.

At the end of Afterbirth, Dark!Dexter's last words regarded Mandy as a guilty person involved with the death of "the woman he loved". Being a loyal shipper of their pairing, I had immediately thought of Blossom instead of Olga (not to mention it makes more sense if it was the Powerpuff because of the whole thing with HIM.

Then, it got me thinking to a possible follow-up plot to this: Dexter's entire point of view from when Mimi was conceived up to the part where he helped Blossom raise her as his own child as well.

An interesting story, that really makes sense. It does explain how Mimi came to be and it does show what a hero will sacrfice for the greater good. Blossom really does love her child and her husband and this story really shows it. Nicely done!

My emotions...are trying... to die from sadness. I enjoyed how you gave a very believable reason for blossom letting HIM shag her, but I guess that was the point of the story. Continue with the great work.
