Brilliant(!) and a very enjoyable read. The non-cannon ideas were integrated seamlessly. I liked this better than cannon.

The Merry Meets and Merry Parts get really old after awhile. I get the Wizarding culture part, but dozens of hellos and goodbyes would be equally jarring.

Brilliant! I wonder what really happened to the stone though... Its wonderful to see how things play out differently just with Harry meeting the goblins and being sorted into the 'claws.. All great besides the stupid 'Merry meet/part' .. its really pissing me off idk why though!

I read part of this before and now starting over. Looking at my old reviews, I forgot to mention a few things. Chapter four, Penelope Clearwater is the female 5th year prefect for Ravenclaw in Harry's first year. In chapter three, naming the teachers. Someone reviewed that the Muggle Studies course is taught by Charity Burbage. IGNORE THEM. She didn't come to teach at Hogwarts until 1993, Harry's third year. Chapter Three, if you can't have lowered sleeves, how do the DEs hide the dark mark? They are from all parts of society and many attend functions amongst those of a higher standing. Apparently they can't hide them, so always wear long sleeves.
