I read this when it was first published but I never reviewed. I guess I'm a bit late, huh ? Anyway, I loved this. You almost made me cry. I love the line, "This world needs more heroes." That's so true. Even though this is a sad story, you did a terrific job.

This... This is beautiful. And I'm ashamed that I can't seem to cry for this and all the dead lives. I don't know why, I can never seem to cry. I feel so bad for Donald, and all those who lost a loved one during that time. They suffered emotional pain. And that kind of pain is hard to recover from. Almost impossible. On the anniversary, I had no idea this happened. On that day, only a few weeks ago, I was clueless of this. I was cheerful at that time, in my own little world, when I should've thought about that day. I didn't even know it happened! I'm so ashamed! Don't look at me! Just... don't!

Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. It was kind of hard for me to read because my dad almost had to go to New York City for a meeting that day, but it was moved up a week earlier. Thank God.
If you're ever in NYC, you have to check out the memorial for 9/11 there. My class trip last year went to New York, and that was one of the stops. It was absolutely haunting and peaceful at the same time.
I'm sure every soul who lost their lives that day appreciates this fic. Just plain beautiful.

I actually got an idea for a story if there was 2nd 9/11, but not really is that they died saving people (the main three-5, five because of my Ocs). But Yes, I do like Jill even though I have my own Jill (Amy) but poor Donald.

My history teacher was in 2nd grade when Kennedy was shot, and my grandpa was 22. she was teaching when the attacks happened, she had figured out how to get the tv in the classroom on the local broadcast and she was keeping track on the board. I was also a toddler when the attacks happen (2 /12), but I like learning about history (sort of a history nerd, and I'm def a science nerd.), and I liked listening to her lectures.

Ah, that was cute! At the beginning. Then it got pretty cold. In sadness, I mean.

Jill was pretty great. Tatiana reminded me of Caitin XD And the suspended animation made laugh XD that was pretty ingenious! But overall you have us a good kick in the feels :) Nice job! Glad you're back :)

Aw... Poor Donald! It was a sad day yesterday and the people who died will always be remembered.

Awesome tribute. As you were, I was a toddler when it happened too, but I remember everyone panicking. As I said, amazing fanfic, brilliant tribute :)

Omg. At my school, every year, we have a long moment of silence for remembrance. I remembered I asked my older brother (who's 24 now) what happened when 9/11 occurred. He said he was at school and they had announced at school the twin towers in New York were crashed by planes. He said the news spread so quickly and had been 10 mins after the attack when they said that. He was in another country at the time. News spread quickly.

I really loved the ending of it. It reminds me that there ARE people who get lucky. I can relate since I know people who's family members were suppose to be at the towers, but oddly enough something appears at the moment. Its an interesting topic.

This was a nice, well-written one-shot. The ending was also very sweet. Great job! Can't wait to see what you come up with next! :)
