I hope you still decide to update on this site, because I like this one more then ao3. It's just a lot easier to find stories and see updated work. But I really love this one! I hope Yavanna repeats what she said during the barrel scene, and that you let Thorin, Fili and Kili live!

I'm curious, are you aware that 'Elros' is the name of Elrond's identical twin brother. Elros choose to be counted among men and he was their first king. Just found it unique that you picked he name.

Ok. Just started reading and I love it so far! Very good qnd very unique. Just one thing, elves don't have last names either. Like dwarves, they are "Son of." For example, Elrond is "Elrond, Son of Eärendil" or Elrond Eärendilion which translates to "Elrond Eärendil's son." Sometimes he's known as Elrond Perhedil but that's a description meaning "half eleven" and isn't a last name.

Anyway I'm enjoying your story and I know it's way late for this comment. Sigh. On to the next chapter!
