These two are lovely together - the sense of peace between them feels like such a safe haven in the midst of the chaos that is the Inquisition.

So poignant - Blackwall's longing and his self-denial are beautifully done here, as is his genuine interest in Ellana's thoughts and feelings. You can tell he sees more than a pretty face in her, which deepens the perception of his emotion.

Lovely moment between the two of them! I think the issue of names is so heightened with Blackwall, and it only makes sense that he would worry about what she might want to call him ... and dream about what to call her.

I really like the way you give them each their own separate pain, unshareable, but you allow them to comfort each other through that pain rather than it being a wedge to tear them apart. I look forward to seeing more of these two!

I like this a lot - your Inquisitor is stubborn, but she can learn, and Blackwall is her gallant knight, charged with her protection, but he's not above reminding her that she also has to protect herself.

So sweet, both of them so completely comfortable with each other.
