I'm so glad she finally told Kili and by extension the rest what happened. Love everyone's reactions, though I did have a moment or two of wanting to borrow Nori's staff and smack Gandalf for his timing. Lol. The only correction I have is that you used the wrong word for my love. It's Amralime, instead of Amraline. Slips of the fingers happen when typing. Please update soon, I can hardly wait to see what else you have planned for Mara, Kili, Thorin and the others. Mirkwood is going to be definitely interesting but Thorin's dragon sickness is going to break Mara's heart. Do you have any plans to have Thorin or one of the boys actually teach her to use that sword? Yeah a lot of questions, I know. take care

Hi there! I really enjoy this story. I read all of it in about a day. I think it's very good but I just want to correct you on a word you used. Amaraline is not te word used for my love. Amralime is the proper word for it. I know a lot of fans are particular about words being used. I just wanted to wanted to point it out to you.

Yes, they've said they love each other, but it will be cute to see how they show it to each other. Do dwarves have something like dating/courting in their culture? If not, how do they go about wooing their loves?

I actually like seeing a softer side to Thorin's character because it's not in the books or in Tolkien's notes. So fans can only guess at what he was like with his family. He can't be stone all the time.

I can't wait to see what happens next, now that Thorin and Fili know about the little love blossoms that are in the air.

And thank you for making the dwarves bath. A lot of writers forget that part. Were they in the fountain like in the movie, or more civilized in a bath house?
