Reviews for When Harry Met Yoda
darkimortal chapter 4 . 6/20
... I feel that force users on earth already seems to much of a stretch, the HP world would be completely different if there were. Force users with magic would be too OP muggles would stand no chance, this story went straight to the crapper when you added force and magic users before Harry was even a glimmer in his fathers eyes. Also, Yoda's just chilling and letting a Sith and his student roam around WTF is that about? That's just bad writing, your HP universe just isn't feasible it would Implode on itself. I can totally see this story is going to be dropped. Because to make this story work even a little it's going to be convoluted to the extreme.

I feel like there were some good concepts but this chapter is just dropping the ball with all the copy paste and then the reveal of sith and jedi in the wizarding world, which kinda breaks things.
rmw5763 chapter 14 . 2/21
No actually you should leave that out or you just might turn Mr. Ronald Weasley to the Dark Side, lol

Its a good story, but I’ve noticed some discrepancies with your timeline and how you described some of the fight scenes in this chapter. For the fight scenes there’s a section where you appear to be describing the same fight scenes multiple times from the same perspective almost exactly the same way, and it’s a little jarring. The big thing though is your time line. You start this story with the birth of Luke and Leia and then immediately move to Yoda on earth, and it’s implied that he’s been there for a little while, which is all well and good but in this chapter you have one of your magical officials state that Yoda is “as old as the founders”. Now if by founders you mean the Hogwarts founders then All of the Star Wars characters should be long dead since Hogwarts was founded in 990.A.D. And Harry’s adventures take place during the 1990’s with GOF taking place in 1994. And doing the math I discovered that in Revenge of the Sith Yoda is about 870-880 years old give or take a few years, and he was about at the end of his life when Luke first finds him on Dagobah, where he is about 900 years old. So for him to have been around for that long would make him about 1874 years old, well past his lifespan even with the force. And even if a Star Wars year (368 days) wasn’t comparable with one of ours (365 days) the humans would still age at the same rate, meaning that Luke (who hasn’t even left Tatooine yet, as stated in an earlier chapter) would be about the same age as Yoda at around 800-900 years old, and even force sensitive humans don’t tend to live that long.

Was taking this story seriously until I saw way of Bogan. Bogan is a term meaning the Australian version of a red neck. So it removed my immersion just a little.

if I were you, I would rather do comics in Manga version rather than 3D.

The drawing will be much more COOL!
Find an artist who does superb drawing.

Let me guess, this chapter is where everyone stop reading? It's one unfortunate idea on top of another.
NICHOLAS NEAL chapter 6 . 11/3/2019
I don't understand why you felt the need to copy and paste Goblet of Fire and sprinkle your story in. It's a lazy form of writing. It makes following your story cumbersome, because you're including elements that weren't meant to tie into it.
