What a charming fic! Well written one shot. Not one I'd normally pick up and read, but I really enjoyed it! Especially the entire team pulling together to help save Loki. The characterizations were spot on.

I really like this. :) I'd love to see it continued, even with just a little epilogue or something showing the rest of the team's reactions/interactions with Loki now that he's awake and recovered. Especially since you had some nice potential building with Loki noticing Steve giving him a look that showed worry/concern, which obviously surprised Loki. It could also maybe wrap up what happened with Einar as well. Overall I really enjoyed this though, great job. :)

This was amazing! I absolutely adored the second paragraph, and the plot was brilliant as well. You had an intricate and coherent magical lore, and a gorgeous ending. I loved it!

Awww. Brotherly love, how incredibly adorable. I liked the first one but this one is so much better! Much more cohesive and balanced. And no more Mary Sue Loki! I really loved everybody's characterizations, they were wonderfully spot-on. Loki was especially in-character to the canon, and everyone else fit into place with their reactions to him. The action scenes flowed nicely, and the dialogue worked with whichever characters were speaking. I really loved Loki and Thor's interactions the most, though, and Loki's irritation at Thor's over-protectiveness was adorably appropriate.

Any chance of a sequel? I liked the original's portrayal of Doom (aside from one line, you probably know the one), even though he didn't fit in with that particular story. I also missed a few scenes from the original, although this version made up for most of it with new scenes.

My only real critique is that there could have been a bit more comfort from Thor to remedy Loki's hurt (before he healed), but it was still nicely done.

But in any case, this was a lovely read! I hope you continue with more Avengers/Loki stories in the future. w

I really like the rewrite. It kept the same basic idea of the original, but was different and still enjoyable to read. The first one seems a little bit like the slight crack version of this one. Great job on both versions of this story. Hope to see more work from you in the future!
