And honestly I don't know what kind of suggestions to give at the moment, so I'll just wait and see what you choose.

I give you props for trying. Its hard to really do a One Punch story since we still have so little material, even if you read the manga. I think you did the best with what you had, but your story doesn't really have any meat. There isn't really a social, Physical, or mental climax, no challenge to overcome, no problem resolved, no real character growth.
I'll check back with to see any future works you do, keep writing!
