Not badly written, but the descriptions for the fighting/dancing were difficult to follow at best. I find for those that it is better to go slower on the details and specify, explicit or suggested, exactly what's going on. Especially when there is a rapid exchange of blows and significant movement involved.

And I do have to say, I ship the two of them with gusto, too. They'd make such an amazing couple.

You captured their relationship perfectly! There's just this hidden intrigue behind the hatred they have for each other, and a kind of curiosity to figure one another out. I love the dancing/fighting aspect of this all, and how romantic it felt, even if half the time Winter wanted to (rightfully) murder him xD You did well writing this kind of rival ship that the two of them have, and I really enjoyed reading it. Not to mention the fact that your writing style is phenomenal. Bravo!

Thank you very much for this. Very good work. You balanced the love and the hate nicely. And you balanced Qrow's romantic action with him dropping her. Which forced her to wake from the daze and realize that she liked what a man she "hates" has done while dancing with her. Keep that going. Winter seems to be hot headed and prone to ignoring emotional problems or difficult situations. Qrow would have to make her admit it to herself before he could actually get her to dance without goading her ego. Which is another interesting aspect of both characters. Both of them seem to have high opinions of themselves, it's just that Qrow keeps that to himself and seems to have that hidden pride justified. Winter seems to have the opposite, where her pride is slightly unfounded, as shown by the fight and how Mercury was scared of Qrow and not her. So it would be nice if this was flipped on its head and Winter ends up being the one that beats Qrow to the relationship question/punch.
