This is a brilliant story. Apparently Harry is an instinctive mass murderer but Dumbledore performs memory charms to change his behaviors early on. He meets the Addams family, the charms fail, and he falls in love (a sadomasochistic relationship) with Wednesday. Dumbeldore and the Order are distressed.

Relax bud, FF is not your life it’s something you do for entertainment and to relax, focus on getting your life handled before you worry about trying to get updates out.

Heh, Pugsley just got his first crush (if you don’t count the one he had in the Addams family reunion [good movie but not part of the other two]) and she seems to possibly like Draco

As for Voldemort not being harmed by the blood, He used a WAY old ritual that was part of a prophecy of his own for returning to his full strength. From what I gathered, the ritual actually absorbs and uses the magic from the “enemy” but depending on their power you can’t use too much, which is why Wormtail only took a couple drops. Then you also have Wormtail’s tainted blood (the dark Mark isn’t some nifty tattoo after all) helping block out the old magic that would have harmed Harry.

There’s also the argument that Harry’s touch only burned Quirrell to that degree because of the Unicorn Blood since he was so tainted that Harry’s magic lashed out violently since I don’t think even the Addams would drink Unicorn Blood

You know, Wednesday STILL hasn’t told Harry she loves him, sure she shows it in various ways but still she’s never verbally stated/admitted it

Wonder if Gomez and/or Fester would be impressed with Harry’s proposal, I could see the girls maybe being a bit jealous. Morticia got a funeral for a proposal sight, but still

I figured Harry was getting a gift for her that was maybe in the vault. I had considered he was going to propose, but I figured it would be after a rather brutal play time that basically left her a whimpering mess

To be fair to Ted, I believe the potterverse has Blood adoption rituals where essentially the parents can overwrite the dna/blood of the child’s birth parents. In theory, Harry could adopt dozens of children and make them Black blooded, though id not recommend doing so as he’d have a hard time properly educating them all equally and efficiently

I get Hermione’s way of doing things: she’s looking at it logically. A prefect must enforce the rules, she is going to break the rules thus she’s not fit to be prefect because the job counters what she plans to do.

Again, I’m not pushing for a harem, but I could see it working depending on how you wrote/classified it

Also, something to note: Harry has said that he loves Wednesday, but she has yet to vocally state such a thing

Heh, part of me feels Hermione rejected the new Harry because she lost out on her chance to be with Harry because of him and Wednesday being so close. There’s also her being jealous of Harry saying that Wednesday was his best friend (really Hermione was closer to being his best friend than Ron was). I mean when you look at it, besides the shared friendship with Harry, She and Ron had nothing in common AT ALL, even then the friendship was from Harry deciding to go and save her from the troll

Also, please don’t misinterpret my suggestions of girls joining the play time as Harry necessarily having a harem, it could just be occasional fun or even instructional for the girls.
Now, I won’t say NOT to make this a harem since to be fair that would help Harry repopulate the Black Family more as Wednesday can only be pregnant with so many children at once and some of their play is limited if they don’t want to kill the baby
I could see Wednesday approving of it to a degree as she’d have playmates (both kinds) whenever she’s feeling the urge to play and Harry isn’t there (he’ll eventually take up a job and possibly his seat in the Wizengamot so he’ll be busy at times) and yes apart makes their time more fun, the others could provide fun and love in their own way (naturally Wednesday is best at pleasing Harry and Vice Versa)

I was wondering when Daphne would show up, though I hope she’s not getting with Pugsley.

Another option for Harry’s Patronus (and an ironic one) is a Dementor

I think people misinterpret what the Patronus is. It’s a spell fueled by your happiest memories, but Remus pointed out that pure happiness can make the spell infinitely more powerful and a lot people zone in on the word “pure” and think a dark witch/wizard can’t use it.
Although, given how magic usually works, you’d think that there would be a spell that’s fueled by your saddest memories

If you don’t mind a minor crossover reference: how about the Petronas being a Balrog from Lord of the rings? If not that, then how about a Basilisk since he’s embracing his connection not snakes? Though I wonder if you’ll have Harry make a version of a Petronus that gives a threatening/oppressive feeling but can still block a dementor (he doesn’t want to die too soon right?) and he can always use it to add to the atmospheres

Also, have you considered making Harry Voldemort’s heir in a sense? I mean he is Voldemort’s equal so why not have him inherit whatever Voldemort has if the man does die somehow?

Honestly, I could see Voldemort over a few more centuries (with Addams influence) deciding that his life is boring and wants to experience real death but wants to go down fighting so he has Harry fight him to the death

Recommendation: when referencing Dumbledore’s Army, put D.A. Instead of DA, because then it reads like they are asking about D A rather than da

I don’t think Wednesday could turn them all insane or turn them into surrogate Addams, but I do think her presence could... what’s the right word... nudge them in the right direction, if that nudge happens to send hem over the edge they were already standing on them all the better
