I actually forgot how sloppy this was in terms of character interactions and occasionally writing. Like, for example you decide to change SAO canon...for...some...reason...and then can’t even own up to it, leaving descriptions for it in single lines and a few vague words, essentially not even talking about it all. Which is even WORSE because it’s supposedly different. Like, Kirito was apparently in a guild or something, but fuck the Moonlit Black Cats one way or another. Also your attempt at hints suck. No way do you see “best reflexes even among the supernatural in the game” and then think “oh, maybe the other SAO girls are supernatural for no reason with their pasts and races super vague”. He also gets in a relationship with Argo...for...some...reason...and that’s not even done well. Like at all in any way. They still interact the same and the matter itself is treated like nothing. Why the fuck does Argo even deserve being “first” with the way she interacts with Kirito constantly making him annoyed and want to curb her down? Because the story clearly doesn’t know.

There’s also the fact that Kirito’s writing sucks. It’s “vaguely close to the SAO character Kirito” and that’s it. He just standing around, flexing on characters that have literal no importance even to the story itself. The story LITERALLY describes these “threats” as complete trash in comparison. He doesn’t talk to friends or family FOR 6 MONTHS...FOR...SOME...REASON...and the best thing to come from him being in this story is a five second interaction with Grayfia.

Oh man, I forgot the stupid “oh we don’t do emotions like that here”. I don’t know how anyone would have thought it was good idea to not bother with moving, complex, deep emotions even for the slightest bit. It’s like you forgot that Kirito did his damn best to kill Kayaba and tortured the shit out of Sugou so badly it fucked him up(on that note, Kirito’s death is pretty stupid since guns are hard to come by in JP and Kirito doesn’t even react to it).

Reading through it again, and while I do get why it has so many reviews, it really doesn’t come across as worthy of it sometimes. Like, Kirito being fine with the name he used for his WHOLE LIFE suddenly being removed from existence with absolutely nobody at all to keep it alive. What the fuck dude? I hated it the first time reading and I hate it now. That’s not even mentioning the dialogue and writing coming across like a badly translated light novel in terms of sentence structure and usage.

Well sorta skipped to the sao character interactions for this last chapter since you've dissapeared (unless your darkwolfshiro because of the naming scheme for this fic). But overall it's only got half the aspect of a crossover, I mean your in dxd and he isn't adding extra girls to his harem? For shame.

Woulda loved to see kirito wielding Gram and Excalibur by some point in this fic, could see Gram coming before Excalibur but that would probably put him up there in power.

There were points where you switched from third to first pov mid paragraph but beyond that and my occasional gloss over of walls of detail exposition (since I don't believe this fic is coming back anytime soon) it's a interesting fic.

I think an interesting plot point could form if Kirito happened to be a genetic project by Azazel to create humans with more potential

the first thing I would like to say is that I truly do like this story and the fact that this is not a flame or negative review but just some of my comments on the story. that being said I would like to state one or two things. the first is that we all know that Kirito will get with every girl that joins the peerage do to devil culture of allowing harems so please do not beat around the bush to much on that fact or have it cause trouble for the group just for Argo to just mention it later stating that she forgot to tell them(which is not something I would put past her in any context(-_-')). the second is that the way this is set up the killing of Argo's dad will end up very quick and anticlimactic or takes a long time to set up and him dying anticlimactically. a third thing is that you said that since Argo was not a part of ALO that she would not take interest in Leafa but you contradict yourself by brining in Yuuki who was a part of only ALO in SAO2 however this problem could be circumvented by stating that Leafa is just currently seen as a normal human that could possibly have a sacred gear that is discovered later on. finally, one question is the group going to be involved with the storyline HSDXD?
