I absolutely love it!

The dialogue in here is just wonderful and fits their characterization to a science. It fits so well that I can imagine this in the series - I wish that was in the series! Us fangirls would just adore it if it was.

The part where Mycroft yanked the blanket from underneath Sherlock and Sherlock telling him to be careful (reminded me of the scene where Sherlock so politely requested John to get his cellphone from his dress pocket) is adorable!

And the toothbrush talk just made me guffaw. Of course, Sherlock would only be worried about hygiene.

Mycroft checking on Sherlock and even putting his hand on Sherlock's forehead was utterly adorable! That was probably the most intimate exchange the brothers had with each other in awhile.

Love it thoroughly.

This is so lovely! I just adore the way you do sick fics: plenty of whump and affection without straying into implausible slashy relationships. (Not that there's anything wrong with that, etc., etc...) I could read Mycroft and Sherlock brotherly bonding all day.

I just love the bit about the toothbrushes, with Sherlock all prepared for any manner of fake relationship! :-)
